R J Hundley Consulting LLC (RJH) is a small business providing transportation construction scheduling, and contract claims and dispute resolution services.
The firm was founded in January 2017 by Robert (Bob) Hundley, PE who has 29 years of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and construction contract claims analysis and dispute resolution experience. His experience also includes: construction contract specification writing, accelerated construction contracting strategies, cost estimating, risk analysis, construction contract administration, litigation support, and expert witness services.
His experience has primarily been in highway and toll road construction however also includes: commuter rail, building, flood control, and park construction projects. He has provided services for state departments of transportation, counties, regional mobility authorities, toll road authorities, transit authorities and the national park system. He has worked on design-bid-build and design-build projects. Mr. Hundley has written numerous scheduling specifications for construction contracts and has taught extensively on the subject.

Critical Path Method Scheduling Services
RJH provides contract time determination scheduling services during the design phase of projects, baseline schedule analysis services at the start of construction, and schedule progress tracking services during construction.
RJH provides schedule time impact analysis services and forensic scheduling services for claims and disputes whereby we reconstruct the schedule from daily diaries often employing the linear scheduling technique. Our schedule tool of choice is Oracle’s Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Contract Claims Analysis, Dispute Resolution, Litigation Support Services
Mr. Hundley has worked at all levels of the construction contract dispute resolution process from the project manager level to serving as an expert witness and providing litigation support. He began work as a claims engineer in 1990 with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) where he provided dispute and claims resolution services on 254 claims and disputes with a claimed value of $194.5 million.
In 2005 he moved into the private sector where he continued providing dispute and claims resolution services across the country including litigation support and expert witness services on 7 lawsuits. In 2013, Mr. Hundley returned to TxDOT working on the $1 billion Grand Parkway Segment F1, F2 & G design build toll road project where he provided scheduling, dispute resolution services, and assisted in the resolution of one of TxDOT’s largest disputes. RJH specializes in providing claims analysis and dispute resolution services.
